Offer/ Option contract

The Buyer makes a downpayment of usually 10% to reserve the property. Seller and the Buyer can independently from each other decide if they would like to involve a lawyer

Notary Appointment

The final signing of the deed is being prepared by an officially handover of the property. The Buyer decides which Notary is being chosen. In case any Party can come personally a representative with Power of Attorney can attend. The keys are being handed over and the property sell is completed. The timeframe of each sell is different and will be completely tailored to the wishes and needs of the involved Parties.
